This DiSC®-based profile offers a guided process for two people to compare information about their behavioral dimensions. Each individual completes a DiSC response page, and the interpretation includes information about the individual's behavioral similarities and differences. Appropriate for adults in work or social settings, it's a positive approach to communicating objectively about personal and relationship needs. Feedback includes strategies and an action plan for mutually supportive interaction.
